Allow to assume role when connecting to AWS catalogs (glue/dynamodb)

At this moment, `role-arn` parameters (either with `client` or `s3` prefix) can be used to assume role before accessing S3 objects. I propose that this functionality is extended to catalog clients for AWS iceberg catalogs (glue/dynamodb). This will improve users experience, since other `client`-prefixed parameters are usually shared between s3 and glue/dynamodb.

首先跟踪 S3 和 Glue/DynamoDB catalog client 现有的 role-arn 处理方式。确认带有 client 前缀的共享参数如何传递给每个 catalog，然后为连接到两个 catalog 时承担角色添加覆盖测试。完成的标准是，Glue 和 DynamoDB 的 role-arn 选项能够正常工作，且不会导致 S3 行为回归。
