[Java] Remove deprecated methods from Java dataset module in Arrow 11

ARROW-15745 deprecated some things in the Dataset module which should be removed for Arrow >= 11

从 Java Dataset 模块开始，检查 ARROW-15745 引入的已弃用 API。使用链接的迁移文档作为上下文，然后识别受影响的方法，并运行该模块可用的构建或测试，以确认已弃用的方法已被移除且不会破坏该模块。
