Description
To reproduce:
- Load tutorial 1, e.g. on OSB
- View default network in 3D, e.g.
- Add an experiment, e.g. iterating over the number of cells:
- Run the experiment
- Load one of the trials, e.g. 3 cells
- View in 3D:
- So correct number of cells, but morphology squashed. Same happenned with other experiments changing other parameters

Reproduce the issue with tutorial 1 by viewing the default network in 3D, running an experiment that changes the number of cells, and opening a trial such as 3 cells. Start by tracing the experiment manager into the 3D view and compare the trial geometry with the default view. Done means experiment trials display the correct cell count without squashed morphology.
