SBN: Add missing properties, remove not built segments

first (and maybe last) request/question from @MoritzStefaner about the data:
- [ ] the real network data does not have the total_length / total_coverage / total_directness properties. Could you add them?
- [ ] built_in has for the 201 never built segments the String "No" - but it would be clearer to parse if this was just removed. Could you do that? (I can also do this if you can't)

まず dataexports/latest/sortbikenet にアップロードされたデータを調査し、実際のネットワークデータを要求されたプロパティと比較してください。既存のファイル名はすべて維持し、total_length、total_coverage、total_directness を追加し、建設されなかった201のセグメントについて built_in から "No" の値を削除してください。更新されたデータがその場所で利用可能になれば完了です。
