SBN: Add missing properties, remove not built segments

first (and maybe last) request/question from @MoritzStefaner about the data:
- [ ] the real network data does not have the total_length / total_coverage / total_directness properties. Could you add them?
- [ ] built_in has for the 201 never built segments the String "No" - but it would be clearer to parse if this was just removed. Could you do that? (I can also do this if you can't)

首先检查 dataexports/latest/sortbikenet 中上传的数据，并将实际网络数据与所请求的属性进行比较。保留所有现有文件名，添加 total_length、total_coverage 和 total_directness，并为那 201 个从未建成的路段从 built_in 中移除 "No" 值；更新后的数据可在该位置获取即表示完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
