I found wrong translation in Japanese locale file.

In Japanese locale file, Line.33 has Pan: 拡大 , while Line 46 has Zoom in: 拡大 .

拡大 is equivalent to 'expanding', so Pan: 移動 and Zoom in: 拡大 could be better.
(移動 is equivalent to 'move')
