[Feature request] Auto create timeseries of schema template

### Motivation

when the schema template been designed first, it maybe not perfect,sometimes we need to add new measurement node after the schema template been created, but there's no way to modify and increase timeseries of schema template

### Solution

provide an api to add new timeseries of schema template dynamically

Beginne damit, die vorhandene API zur Erstellung von Schema-Templates und die Darstellung von Measurement-Nodes in Apache IoTDB zu lokalisieren. Definiere, wie sich eine API zum Hinzufügen neuer Timeseries verhalten soll, und ergänze anschließend Tests, die zeigen, dass ein zuvor erstelltes Schema-Template einen neuen Measurement-Node akzeptieren kann.
