Improvement/UI : Show the maximum number of volumes in Hypervisor Capabilities

### The required feature described as a wish

As a Admin/Operator, I would like to see the maximum number of volumes that can be attached to a hypervisor.

In Configuration > Hypervisor capablity

Also, we cannot edit the max volumes supported form the UI

Currently, the api supports it

There have been issues with volume attachments in past , setting a max value will help in minimizing them

Configuration > Hypervisor capability から始め、issue にリンクされている listHypervisorCapabilities API エントリと updateHypervisorCapabilities API エントリを確認します。最大ボリューム数の値が UI でどのように表示および更新されるかを追跡します。サポートされる最大ボリューム数が表示されて編集可能になり、既存の API を通じて更新内容が保持されれば完了です。
