Improvement/UI : Show the maximum number of volumes in Hypervisor Capabilities

### The required feature described as a wish

As a Admin/Operator, I would like to see the maximum number of volumes that can be attached to a hypervisor.

In Configuration > Hypervisor capablity

Also, we cannot edit the max volumes supported form the UI

Currently, the api supports it

There have been issues with volume attachments in past , setting a max value will help in minimizing them

從 Configuration > Hypervisor capability 開始，檢查 issue 中連結的 listHypervisorCapabilities 和 updateHypervisorCapabilities API 項目。追蹤最大磁碟區數量值在 UI 中的呈現與更新方式。當支援的最大磁碟區數量可見且可編輯，並且更新透過現有 API 得以保留時，即視為完成。
