docs-bug(all): Add doc for mixins

### Documentation Feedback

Add documentation for all the mixins and explain what they are used for and what the parameters are. This includes:
- Component mixins (examples: mat.button-theme, mat.button-color, mat.button-typography, mat.button-density, ...). I think this should be documented under the new styling tab on each component page. For now, there is only the new `overrides` mixin.
- Global mixins (examples: mat.get-theme-color, mat.define-theme, mat.core, mat.theme, mat.elevation-classes, mat.app-background, ...).

Bắt đầu với trang tài liệu bị ảnh hưởng tại material.angular.io/components/categories và xem lại tài liệu hiện có về việc tạo kiểu cho component, đặc biệt là tab tạo kiểu mới và overrides mixin. Lập danh mục các mixin của component và các mixin toàn cục được liệt kê trong issue, sau đó xác định mỗi mixin cần tài liệu nào cho mục đích và các tham số của nó; hoàn tất có nghĩa là các mixin liên quan được ghi tài liệu tại các vị trí component hoặc toàn cục dự kiến của chúng.
