Animation artifacting

Description

There is severe artifacting on iOS when using rotation animations with the Animated api on the new architecture and bridgeless.

Steps to reproduce

In RNTester, navigate to apis -> Animated -> Transform Styles. Select either rotateX, rotateY or both and you will observe the behaviour.

new architecture と bridgeless mode を有効にした iOS で APIs → Animated → Transform Styles を開き、packages/rn-tester で問題を再現します。rotateX、rotateY、そして両方を組み合わせた場合をテストし、その後 Animated の transform パスを追跡して、アーティファクトが発生する理由を特定します。これらの回転アニメーションが深刻なアーティファクトなしで描画されれば完了です。
