Animation artifacting

Description

There is severe artifacting on iOS when using rotation animations with the Animated api on the new architecture and bridgeless.

Steps to reproduce

In RNTester, navigate to apis -> Animated -> Transform Styles. Select either rotateX, rotateY or both and you will observe the behaviour.

Reproduce the issue in packages/rn-tester by opening APIs → Animated → Transform Styles on iOS with the new architecture and bridgeless mode enabled. Test rotateX, rotateY, and both together, then trace the Animated transform path to identify why the artifacting occurs. Done means those rotation animations render without severe artifacting.
