Animation artifacting

Description

There is severe artifacting on iOS when using rotation animations with the Animated api on the new architecture and bridgeless.

Steps to reproduce

In RNTester, navigate to apis -> Animated -> Transform Styles. Select either rotateX, rotateY or both and you will observe the behaviour.

Reproduce el problema en packages/rn-tester abriendo APIs → Animated → Transform Styles en iOS con new architecture y bridgeless mode habilitados. Prueba rotateX, rotateY y ambos juntos; después, sigue la ruta de transformación de Animated para identificar por qué se producen los artefactos. Se considera completado cuando esas animaciones de rotación se rendericen sin artefactos graves.
