Animation artifacting

Description

There is severe artifacting on iOS when using rotation animations with the Animated api on the new architecture and bridgeless.

Steps to reproduce

In RNTester, navigate to apis -> Animated -> Transform Styles. Select either rotateX, rotateY or both and you will observe the behaviour.

Reproduziere das Problem in packages/rn-tester, indem du unter iOS mit aktivierter new architecture und aktiviertem bridgeless mode APIs → Animated → Transform Styles öffnest. Teste rotateX, rotateY und beide zusammen und verfolge anschließend den Animated-Transform-Pfad, um zu ermitteln, warum die Artefakte auftreten. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn diese Rotationsanimationen ohne starke Artefakte gerendert werden.
