perf trampoline tests fail after BOLT optimizations

As initially reported in https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/128845. The following tests fail

test_sys_api (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_sys_api) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works_with_forks (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works_with_forks) ... FAIL

Bắt đầu với Lib/test/test_perf_profiler.py và tái hiện ba bài kiểm thử TestPerfTrampoline đang thất bại trên Linux sau các tối ưu hóa BOLT. Truy tìm lý do các ký hiệu perf mong đợi bị thiếu và lý do tiến trình được fork thoát với -11. Công việc được hoàn tất khi test_sys_api, test_trampoline_works và test_trampoline_works_with_forks đều pass.
