perf trampoline tests fail after BOLT optimizations

As initially reported in https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/128845. The following tests fail

test_sys_api (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_sys_api) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works_with_forks (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works_with_forks) ... FAIL

从 Lib/test/test_perf_profiler.py 开始，在 BOLT 优化后的 Linux 上重现失败的三个 TestPerfTrampoline 测试。追踪缺少预期 perf 符号的原因，以及 fork 出的进程以 -11 退出的原因。当 test_sys_api、test_trampoline_works 和 test_trampoline_works_with_forks 通过后，即视为完成。
