perf trampoline tests fail after BOLT optimizations

As initially reported in https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/128845. The following tests fail

test_sys_api (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_sys_api) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works_with_forks (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works_with_forks) ... FAIL

Comienza con Lib/test/test_perf_profiler.py y reproduce las tres pruebas fallidas de TestPerfTrampoline en Linux después de las optimizaciones de BOLT. Determina por qué faltan los símbolos de perf esperados y por qué el proceso bifurcado termina con -11. El trabajo está terminado cuando test_sys_api, test_trampoline_works y test_trampoline_works_with_forks pasan.
