perf trampoline tests fail after BOLT optimizations

As initially reported in https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/128845. The following tests fail

test_sys_api (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_sys_api) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works) ... FAIL
test_trampoline_works_with_forks (test.test_perf_profiler.TestPerfTrampoline.test_trampoline_works_with_forks) ... FAIL

Inizia con Lib/test/test_perf_profiler.py e riproduci i tre test TestPerfTrampoline falliti su Linux dopo le ottimizzazioni BOLT. Traccia il motivo per cui mancano i simboli perf attesi e per cui il processo forkato termina con -11. Il lavoro è completato quando test_sys_api, test_trampoline_works e test_trampoline_works_with_forks passano.
