as for the positioning of the arrow, it would be nice if PF could support the feature that comes from popper. But it’s not just the positioning of the arrow, it’s positioning of the content box itself to stay visible in the viewport if there’s enough space instead of pushing out of the viewport boundary and causing scroll bars to appear on the body.

首先定位使用 Popper 的 PatternFly 组件或定位入口点，然后查看关联的 consumer 请求以了解上下文。当箭头可以按要求定位，并且在空间允许时内容框保持在 viewport 内，同时不会导致 body 出现滚动条时，即视为完成。
