Description

Hi! I’m using Polyscope for visualization and was wondering:

Do you think Polyscope could support a “realistic flame”-style volumetric lighting effect with relatively small modifications (e.g., raymarching / volume shading), or is that outside the scope of Polyscope’s design?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First determine whether volumetric lighting, raymarching, or volume shading fits Polyscope’s design; done would require a decided scope and implementation plan rather than an answer about feasibility alone.
