Tooltip for Github Labels shows up in weird places and doesn't disappear

Scroll up pretty far in a room

Accidentally hover over a label while you're scrolling

Expected behaviour

The tooltip is attached to the Github label it explains and disappears when the mouse isn't hovering any more.

Actual behaviour

Left top position for tooltip and it doesn't disappear

Riproduci il problema nell’app Talk scorrendo verso l’alto e passando accidentalmente con il puntatore sopra un’etichetta GitHub in Firefox. La descrizione non indica alcun file sorgente né alcun test, quindi individua prima l’implementazione del tooltip delle etichette GitHub; il lavoro è completato quando il tooltip rimane associato alla propria etichetta e scompare quando il puntatore si allontana.
