Tooltip for Github Labels shows up in weird places and doesn't disappear

Scroll up pretty far in a room

Accidentally hover over a label while you're scrolling

Expected behaviour

The tooltip is attached to the Github label it explains and disappears when the mouse isn't hovering any more.

Actual behaviour

Left top position for tooltip and it doesn't disappear

Reproduce el problema en la aplicación Talk desplazándote hacia arriba y pasando accidentalmente el cursor sobre una etiqueta de GitHub en Firefox. La descripción no indica ningún archivo fuente ni prueba, así que primero localiza la implementación del tooltip de las etiquetas de GitHub; la tarea estará terminada cuando el tooltip permanezca asociado a su etiqueta y desaparezca cuando el cursor se aleje.
