Tooltip for Github Labels shows up in weird places and doesn't disappear

Scroll up pretty far in a room

Accidentally hover over a label while you're scrolling

Expected behaviour

The tooltip is attached to the Github label it explains and disappears when the mouse isn't hovering any more.

Actual behaviour

Left top position for tooltip and it doesn't disappear

Reproduziere das Problem in der Talk-App, indem du nach oben scrollst und in Firefox versehentlich mit dem Mauszeiger über ein GitHub-Label fährst. Die Beschreibung nennt keine Quelldatei und keinen Test. Suche daher zunächst die Implementierung des Tooltips für GitHub-Labels; fertig ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Tooltip an seinem Label bleibt und verschwindet, sobald der Mauszeiger das Label verlässt.
