Tooltip for Github Labels shows up in weird places and doesn't disappear

Scroll up pretty far in a room

Accidentally hover over a label while you're scrolling

Expected behaviour

The tooltip is attached to the Github label it explains and disappears when the mouse isn't hovering any more.

Actual behaviour

Left top position for tooltip and it doesn't disappear

Reproduisez le problème dans l’application Talk en faisant défiler vers le haut et en survolant accidentellement un libellé GitHub dans Firefox. La description ne mentionne aucun fichier source ni aucun test ; commencez donc par localiser l’implémentation de l’infobulle des libellés GitHub. La tâche est terminée lorsque l’infobulle reste attachée à son libellé et disparaît lorsque le pointeur quitte celui-ci.
