Cant install On windows

I've installed node-gyp succesfuly but when installing node-bluetooth this is the following output :

まず、Node v12.13.1、node-gyp v5.0.5、および報告されたMSBuildバージョンを使用して、Windows 10上でnode-bluetooth@1.2.6のインストールを再現します。node-gypとMSBuildの出力を調査してビルド失敗の原因を特定します。Windowsでのインストールが成功するか、サポートされる前提条件と制限事項が明確に文書化されれば完了です。
