Cant install On windows

I've installed node-gyp succesfuly but when installing node-bluetooth this is the following output :

首先，在 Windows 10 上使用 Node v12.13.1、node-gyp v5.0.5 和报告的 MSBuild 版本，复现 node-bluetooth@1.2.6 的安装过程。检查 node-gyp 和 MSBuild 的输出，以确定构建失败的原因；当 Windows 安装成功，或支持的前置条件和限制得到明确记录时，即视为完成。
