Cant install On windows

I've installed node-gyp succesfuly but when installing node-bluetooth this is the following output :

Beginne damit, die Installation von node-bluetooth@1.2.6 unter Windows 10 mit Node v12.13.1, node-gyp v5.0.5 und der gemeldeten MSBuild-Version nachzustellen.
