Cant install On windows

I've installed node-gyp succesfuly but when installing node-bluetooth this is the following output :

Start by reproducing installation of node-bluetooth@1.2.6 on Windows 10 with Node v12.13.1, node-gyp v5.0.5, and the reported MSBuild version. Inspect the node-gyp and MSBuild output to identify the build failure; done means Windows installation succeeds or the supported prerequisites and limitation are clearly documented.
