Subject: Copilot desktop entitlement not restored after payment recovery
My GitHub payment initially failed, and my Copilot session stopped. The payment has now been successfully restored, and Copilot works through the web browser. However, the GitHub Copilot standalone desktop application fails on two separate computers connected to the same GitHub account.

Error: “Failed to get response from the AI model; retried 5 times. Last error: 500 connection error, please reconnect.”
I have already signed out and back in, restarted and updated the application, created new sessions, and tested on two computers. Please verify and refresh the Copilot licence/entitl
