"My work" shows issues and PR's on repos that are not mine

### What happened?

I see other repos than expected on "My work" --> "All" and it is not clear why. For me it is `microsoft/vscode`, which I do watch with "participating and mentions", but I do not see these issues in my feed for example. Screenshot below.

Tell my why I see this repo, and how to hide it from this view. I can filter it, but that seems an extra step/

Reproduce the report on Windows with v1.0.15 by opening “My work” → “All” and observing a watched repository such as microsoft/vscode. Trace how repositories enter this view and how filtering works; done means the view explains why the repository appears and provides a way to hide it without an extra filtering step.
