[FEATURE] Re-wrap text upon window / pane resize

## Feature Description

When resizing the side panel where Claude Code opens rewraping the lines to honour the new width would improve readibility.

## Use Case

By default it opens at 30% of the width, but sometimes when answers are long or include tables I make that panel larger, but text does not re-wrap.

## Additional Context

Start by tracing how the plugin handles side-panel or window resize events and how Claude responses are rendered. Reproduce the issue by resizing the panel with a long response or table, then verify that the displayed text uses the new width and remains readable after resizing.
