docs: revisit the documentation and update outdated sections

At the time of writing this, there are sections in the documentation that are outdated.
For example, FAB and Switch sections use old screenshots, naming and token references.

To improve the docs, we could drop these screenshots and inline the real interactive components instead.

先定位 FAB 和 Switch 的文档部分，然后根据当前组件检查其中的屏幕截图、命名和 token 引用。在适当的情况下，将过时的屏幕截图替换为内联交互式组件，并确认这两个部分都使用当前的引用和呈现方式。
