docs: revisit the documentation and update outdated sections

At the time of writing this, there are sections in the documentation that are outdated.
For example, FAB and Switch sections use old screenshots, naming and token references.

To improve the docs, we could drop these screenshots and inline the real interactive components instead.

Start by locating the documentation sections for FAB and Switch, then review their screenshots, naming, and token references against the current components. Replace outdated screenshots with inline interactive components where appropriate, and confirm both sections use current references and presentation.
