Testing JIRA ticket for testing committership

This ticket is only used for testing committership. Please keep it open.

New committers can submit a PR to add their names to `dev/COMMITTERS.md`, and attach ID of this JIRA ticket to the PR title (this convention is required by the `dev/merge_parquet_pr.py` script).

dev/COMMITTERS.md を開き、既存の名前の形式を確認してください。そこに新しい committer の名前を追加し、その後、dev/merge_parquet_pr.py が処理できるように、pull request のタイトルにこの JIRA チケット ID が含まれていることを確認してください。完成した PR では committer リストのみを更新し、そのタイトル規則に従う必要があります。
