Testing JIRA ticket for testing committership

This ticket is only used for testing committership. Please keep it open.

New committers can submit a PR to add their names to `dev/COMMITTERS.md`, and attach ID of this JIRA ticket to the PR title (this convention is required by the `dev/merge_parquet_pr.py` script).

打开 dev/COMMITTERS.md 并检查现有的姓名格式。在其中添加新 committer 的姓名，然后确保 pull request 标题包含此 JIRA 工单 ID，以便 dev/merge_parquet_pr.py 能够处理它；完成的 PR 应仅更新 committer 列表，并遵循该标题约定。
