Testing JIRA ticket for testing committership

This ticket is only used for testing committership. Please keep it open.

New committers can submit a PR to add their names to `dev/COMMITTERS.md`, and attach ID of this JIRA ticket to the PR title (this convention is required by the `dev/merge_parquet_pr.py` script).

開啟 dev/COMMITTERS.md 並檢查現有的姓名格式。在其中新增新 committer 的姓名，然後確保 pull request 標題包含此 JIRA 工單 ID，以便 dev/merge_parquet_pr.py 能夠處理它；完成的 PR 應只更新 committer 清單，並遵循該標題慣例。
