##### SUMMARY

After a fresh install and doing the setup wizard, the Network->Security groups UI item will not be shown until you restart
the cloudstack-management service and relog.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Do a fresh CloudStack install
Run through the wizard with basic zone + security groups

基本的なゾーンとセキュリティグループを用いて、新規インストール時のセットアップウィザードを再現し、その後、cloudstack-management の再起動前後で Network → Security groups エントリを確認します。ウィザードの直後にサービスを再起動せずエントリが表示されれば完了です。リンクされたオープンな pull request がある場合、その作業はすでに進行中であることを示します。
