After a fresh install and doing the setup wizard, the Network->Security groups UI item will not be shown until you restart
the cloudstack-management service and relog.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Do a fresh CloudStack install
Run through the wizard with basic zone + security groups

Security group entry without restarting the cloudstack-management service.

Security groups item is missing, and maybe other too?(Guest VLAN)

Reproduire l’assistant de configuration d’une nouvelle installation avec une zone de base et des groupes de sécurité, puis vérifier l’entrée Network → Security groups avant et après le redémarrage de cloudstack-management. C’est terminé lorsque l’entrée apparaît immédiatement après l’assistant sans redémarrage du service ; une pull request liée et ouverte indique que ce travail est déjà en cours.
