bug(form-field): mat-label overlap mat-suffix

### Description

When the mat-label is too long, it overlap the mat-suffix of the mat-form-field.

### Reproduction

- Create a mat-form-field
- Place a mat-suffix inside of it
- Place a long mat-label inside of it

- CDK/Material: Material
- Browsers: Firefox & Google Chrome
- Windows

Angular 17 を使用して、mat-suffix と長い mat-label を含む mat-form-field を再現し、Firefox と Chrome での結果を、報告されている Angular 15 の動作と比較します。mat-label が mat-suffix と重ならず、form-field が引き続き使用可能であれば完了です。
