bug(form-field): mat-label overlap mat-suffix

### Description

When the mat-label is too long, it overlap the mat-suffix of the mat-form-field.

### Reproduction

- Create a mat-form-field
- Place a mat-suffix inside of it
- Place a long mat-label inside of it

- CDK/Material: Material
- Browsers: Firefox & Google Chrome
- Windows

Riproduci un mat-form-field contenente un mat-suffix e un mat-label lungo usando Angular 17, quindi confronta il risultato in Firefox e Chrome con il comportamento segnalato in Angular 15. Il lavoro è completato quando l’etichetta non si sovrappone più al suffisso e il form-field rimane utilizzabile.
