bug(form-field): mat-label overlap mat-suffix

### Description

When the mat-label is too long, it overlap the mat-suffix of the mat-form-field.

### Reproduction

- Create a mat-form-field
- Place a mat-suffix inside of it
- Place a long mat-label inside of it

- Angular: 17.x
- CDK/Material: Material
- Browsers: Firefox & Google Chrome
- Windows

Reproduziere ein mat-form-field, das ein mat-suffix und ein langes mat-label enthält, mit Angular 17, und vergleiche das Ergebnis in Firefox und Chrome mit dem gemeldeten Verhalten in Angular 15. Als erledigt gilt, wenn sich das Label nicht mehr mit dem Suffix überlappt und das form-field weiterhin nutzbar bleibt.
