bug(form-field): mat-label overlap mat-suffix

### Description

When the mat-label is too long, it overlap the mat-suffix of the mat-form-field.

### Reproduction

- Create a mat-form-field
- Place a mat-suffix inside of it
- Place a long mat-label inside of it

- Angular: 17.x
- CDK/Material: Material
- Browsers: Firefox & Google Chrome
- Windows

Reproduisez un mat-form-field contenant un mat-suffix et un mat-label long avec Angular 17, puis comparez le résultat dans Firefox et Chrome avec le comportement signalé dans Angular 15. C’est terminé lorsque le label ne chevauche plus le suffix et que le form-field reste utilisable.
