Problem with NativeScript 7.0 installation

I upgraded nativescript cli to 7.0.8 with npm i -g nativescript the version of node.js is v12.18.4

but when i run the ns create command it gives me this error
bash: ns create: command not found

when i run tns info

Sử dụng các lệnh được báo cáo ns create và tns info làm điểm bắt đầu; trước tiên hãy xác minh tệp thực thi nào được phân giải sau khi cài đặt NativeScript 7.0.8 và so sánh nó với component 6.5.0 được báo cáo.
