Problem with NativeScript 7.0 installation

I upgraded nativescript cli to 7.0.8 with npm i -g nativescript the version of node.js is v12.18.4

but when i run the ns create command it gives me this error
bash: ns create: command not found

when i run tns info

Verwende die gemeldeten Befehle ns create und tns info als Einstiegspunkte; überprüfe zunächst, welche ausführbare Datei nach der Installation von NativeScript 7.0.8 aufgelöst wird, und vergleiche sie mit der gemeldeten Komponente 6.5.0. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn ns create ohne den Fehler „command-not-found“ ausgeführt wird und die Versionsabweichung nachweislich erklärt ist.
