Problem with NativeScript 7.0 installation

I upgraded nativescript cli to 7.0.8 with npm i -g nativescript the version of node.js is v12.18.4

but when i run the ns create command it gives me this error
bash: ns create: command not found

when i run tns info

Usa los comandos indicados ns create y tns info como puntos de entrada; primero verifica qué ejecutable se resuelve después de instalar NativeScript 7.0.8 y compáralo con el componente 6.5.0 indicado. Se considera completado cuando ns create se ejecuta sin el error «command-not-found» y existe una explicación verificada de la discrepancia de versiones.
