Problem with NativeScript 7.0 installation

I upgraded nativescript cli to 7.0.8 with npm i -g nativescript the version of node.js is v12.18.4

but when i run the ns create command it gives me this error
bash: ns create: command not found

when i run tns info

Use the reported ns create and tns info commands as entry points; first verify which executable is resolved after installing NativeScript 7.0.8 and compare it with the reported 6.5.0 component.
