Xcode build... error: SWIFT_VERSION '5.0' is unsupported, supported versions are: 3.0, 4.0, 4.2. (in target 'Starscream')

使用全新的 Vue 模板和 tns run ios --bundle 进行复现，并使用 issue 中列出的 NativeScript 版本和 Xcode 10.1。跟踪 iOS archive 构建以及 Starscream target 的 SWIFT_VERSION；当应用能够在不出现不支持 Swift 5.0 的错误的情况下完成构建和归档时，即表示完成。
