Reproduce with the fresh Vue template and tns run ios --bundle, using the NativeScript versions and Xcode 10.1 listed in the issue. Trace the iOS archive build and the Starscream target's SWIFT_VERSION; done means the app builds and archives without the unsupported Swift 5.0 error.
