Xcode build... error: SWIFT_VERSION '5.0' is unsupported, supported versions are: 3.0, 4.0, 4.2. (in target 'Starscream')

Riprodurre con il template Vue nuovo e tns run ios --bundle, usando le versioni di NativeScript e Xcode 10.1 elencate nell’issue. Tracciare la build dell’archivio iOS e SWIFT_VERSION del target Starscream; il lavoro è completato quando l’app viene compilata e archiviata senza l’errore relativo a Swift 5.0 non supportato.
