RefreshControl is flickering

Description

When I perform a pull-to-refresh, the screen gives a slight flicker. This happens both in the ScrollView and in the FlatList. It started happening after the upgrade to version 0.81.5 (new architecture). In version 0.77.3 (with the new architecture disabled) this didn’t happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the dependencies with yarn install
2. Run the application
3. Open the screen that contains the ScrollView / FlatList with RefreshControl
4. Perform a pull-to-refresh gesture
5. Notice that the screen gives a slight flicker during the refresh

Bắt đầu với Snack reproducer được liên kết và tái hiện hiện tượng nhấp nháy của pull-to-refresh trong cả ScrollView và FlatList trên React Native 0.81.5 với new architecture được bật. So sánh hành vi với phiên bản 0.77.3 và xác minh rằng hiện tượng nhấp nháy đã biến mất trên thiết lập macOS bị ảnh hưởng; báo cáo không xác định log hoặc tệp mã nguồn nào.
